ME Day Activity Service

"ME" (Mencap Enables) is an exciting new day activity service run by the members of the "ME" project.  ME members are enabled to make their own decisions and choices by building on their strengths and encouraging each other to become stronger.

The Members plan their own activities which range from yoga to football to cooking or canoeing. They also enjoy getting out and about in the community.

The service runs at 21 Alexandra Road on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.30am to 4pm.  The Tuesday group is specially for 18 to 30-year-olds.

For more information, please telephone the office on 0118 966 2518 during office hours 9.30am to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday.
