Learning about the suffragettes, harvesting vegetables from the allotment and having a say in council consultations are among the varied activities enjoyed by members of our Coffee Club.
You can be a part of it! We’re looking for proactive, friendly and reliable volunteers to help Coffee Clubbers get the most out of the activities.
The club also aims to support its members - all of whom have a learning disability - to learn to speak up for themselves and in encouraging independence skills.
These volunteering roles would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a small team, is patient and sociable.
Coffee Club is a weekly group for adults, which meets at the Museum of English Rural Life on a Monday morning from 10am – 1pm.
To apply, please visit our how to volunteer page and download and fill in a volunteer application form.
