ME Service warm up with a bowl of soup

Some days are just the right type of a day for making soup.

Members of our ME Day Activity Service enjoy cooking their own lunch, employing a nice helping of team work to get all the chopping and tidying up done.

They took carrots, leeks, potatoes, parsnips and onions, chopped them up well and simmered in stock.

Everyone helped tidy the club room afterwards ready to serve up a healthy, delicious bowlful of soup packed with nutritious vegetables.

Just perfect for a cold, winter day.
