It meets on a Tuesday evening and gives members the chance to try new activities in a friendly\, supportive environment. \nActivities are chosen by the people who attend Gateway Club. Indoor activities\, which take place at our centre in Alexandra Road\, Reading include cooking\, art and crafts\, watching movies and indoor sports – playing pool is a favourite. \nGateway Club meets on a Tuesday evening from 7.15pm – 9.15pm. DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to have teamed up with hair and beauty students at Reading College who are kindly offering complimentary pampering treatments to local carers to celebrate Carers Week. \nTake some time off for yourself and enjoy a manicure\, pedicure or facial in the college’s training salon. \nAppointments for 1 hour treatments are available at 9.30am and 10.45am.
