Life Skills Club
Life Skills is a new club for adults with learning disabilities.
This group is designed to provide information and advice on a variety of useful, everyday topics to help boost independence and confidence. Each session will feature engaging guest speakers covering subjects like:
š Health and Wellbeing
š” Energy Advice
šŖ“Ā Gardening

Getting Involved
Cost:Ā The subs are just Ā£4 per session, payable on the day.
