All carers welcome at our monthly carers get-together where you can have a cuppa and a chat with people who ‘get it’.’ If you’re thinking about joining us for the first time, we’d love to see you there. It’s a completely relaxed environment aimed at helping you have some ‘me’ time – you don’t have to talk about caring!

You’ll find us at the community table in The Atrium Cafe.

PS: The refreshments are on us.
