Carers Week Information & Advice Session
It’s Carers Week! Pop along to find out about support services to help you in your caring role and meet PEET (Patient Experience Engagement Team) in the NHS Health Bus, which will be parked outside Marks & Spencer in Reading town centre.
Organisations in attendance include:
