Life Skills Club
Life Skills is a new club for adults with learning disabilities.
This group is designed to provide information and advice on a variety of useful, everyday topics to help boost independence and confidence. Each session will feature engaging guest speakers covering subjects like:
🍎 Health and Wellbeing
💡 Energy Advice
🩹 Basic First Aid
💰 Managing Money
When and Where?
Time: 10am – 12 noon
Location: Museum of English Rural Life, Redlands Road, Reading RG
Getting Involved
Cost: The subs are just £4 per session, payable on the day.
