Aimee Trimmer, Early Years Advisory Teacher for Special Educational Needs and/or Disability for Under Fives will be talking about sensory processing disorder and strategies to help. The talk is from 7pm. There will be qualified helpers on site to supervise your children, so you can listen to the talk (child care spaces are limited).

Accessing Public Services Workshop

Autism Berkshire is pleased to host a free Accessing Public Services Toolkit Workshop for parents and carers. The workshop delivered by Cerebra, the charity for children with brain conditions, including autism, aims to support parents and carers of disabled people, as well as professionals who advise them, who are encountering difficulties with the statutory agencies in relation to the provision of health, social care and education support services.

By the end of this workshop you should be able to:

  • Consider commonly-occurring problems that parents face accessing services;
  • Recognise different types of dispute;
  • Identify and use the problem-solving approaches within the Toolkit.

This free seminar will explain all you need to know about Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney.

Alexandra Wright, a solicitor with Rowberry Morris, will explain how you can protect your loved one's financial future - giving you peace of mind.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
